I recently contributed to the design of PalmAgent’s latest tool, the Buydown Calculator, launched in August 2025. This timely addition is rapidly gaining attention among realtors nationwide, especially as interest rate buydowns become an essential strategy for home buyers navigating today’s difficult market. My focus was to design a clean, user-friendly interface that allows realtors to quickly and clearly demonstrate the benefits of interest rate buydowns during price negotiations with home sellers. The goal was to ensure the tool is straightforward and accessible, making it easier for all parties to understand the financial advantages in current market conditions.
